While doing my first cold smoke, (lox, a la Smokin Al), I was getting a mite peckish. So... fired up the Kamado and threw on some wings.





I think a little Melinda’s XXX Hot sauce, a cold beer, and I’m ready to sit and watch the cold smoke curl from the Weber.

Sometimes it takes a few cold snacks (beer) to figure out the wing, beer, and typing thing. You know you got it when you slur your typing.
