Give them a try, If you cook'em right they're crispy yet tender and juicy. One of these days I'll pop a therm in kettle when I'm doing them to see what the temp is out of curiosity. It's hot...
 
Yeah, Weber is proud of their products, but the alternative is rolling the dice on Hu Flung Poo brand from China....

I do own 3 Weber products and am looking at more.

Agree with you on the disappointment in quality of Chinese imitations.

I have bought replacement grates and draft discs and such from Weber without a complaint, but I stand behind my gripe about this line.
