Hi All Any one do wings on a Rib O Lator. Questions, did they come out chrisy?
Did you have to turn them over? Would you do them again?
Thanks Dan

Dan I had to google it to see what a Rib O Later was. :emoji_blush:
I never used one.
We will give this a bump and maybe someone can help you

They used to be all the rage, but haven't heard much about them lately.
I would think if you had a hot enough fire the wings would get crispy.
I haven't tried wings on my Santa Maria yet, but a kettle with a vortex makes the best wings that I have ever had!
I have a feeling that the SM may be better yet, cause of the wood fire!
I'll have to give it a try!

I only did wings once they were fine didn’t flip, can’t remember how crispy they were except a couple lost in the fire. You need to really watch the balance and clearance something in that combo dropped a few into the coals. I don’t use the Ribolator for much outside assorted apps.

Hi I'm going to do some wings with the Rib O Lator soon will post back with the results.Crispy is what I'm looking for.
Thanks Dan

Hi I didn't do the wings yet. Here is a pic of ribs done awhile back, to show the Rib O Lator. Ribs were pretty good, cooked fast also.
