Hi guys. Last time I tried to put wings in the smoker it didn’t turn out so good. This last time was a lot better. I soaked my wings in franks and let them sit for a few hours. My wife’s just put some Lemmon pepper seasoning on them. Just threw them on the grill with some apple chunks and grilled them for about an hour and a half. Pulled them off. And made some of Jeff’s bbq sauce for half and mixed some franks, itilian dressing and butter for mine. They turned out better but still can improve.
