So after buying every bottle of sauce at my local store and throwing them away I found one that I love. Williams Bros sauce is amazing. It was a tangy peppery flavor that goes well with the sweet ribs I cook. I used this sauce at my last comp and poured it into regular containers so now one knew the name. A KCBS judge was walking around trying food and he tasted a rib. He said the sauce was some of the best he has ever had.
