Wife and I bringing home more smoking material

This past Saturday my wife and I along with our fishing buddy were invited on a charter boat right outside the Golden Gate for a wonderful day of Salmon fishing.  Here's a great video that one of our buddies created.  Final score was 31 fish for 17 anglers.

My wife is at the 1:00 and 8:02 mark, while I'm at the 2:56 mark. Enjoy

Now lets see some smoking Salmon pictures or did the Salmon go a different way?

I wont be smoking this Salmon for 3-4 months because I already have a freezer full of June and July fishing results butt here is a pic if some belly and other odd pieces from Saturday's catch. This coming Sunday I will be making more smoked salmon jerky, filets, and hopefully lox. Need to stock up on Salmon goodies before our Alaska trip in two weeks.

Dang, those loo good. I hate being so far from hood fishing water. Sorry Lake Erie folks , that water is too nasty for me.

Too many chemicals for me , may be O.K., but . . .

I miss the Gulf Coast , 3hrs. away , good fishing and a lot of friends with boats.

That Salmon looks good

 .

If any left , PM me and I'll make room  for it in my Reffer until I get it smoked. LOL

Good trip, lots of fun and a day 'NOT' wasted.
