With the Salmon season coming to an end this coming Saturday 10/31, I've been busting my backside going out as often as possible catching and bringing home as much future smoking material as I can. Here's some pics from this past Saturday fishing on a friends boat with only 4 of us (skipper Moby and the 3 of us jokers. All came home with limits. Average weight was 15#. Went straight out the Golden Gate then turned north a little ways along the Marin coastline.
I'm getting spoiled fishing on these small private boats. Very fast, far less tanglements due to not having so many others competiting. Going out again this Saturday (Last open day) so I think I'll smoke some more fish this coming Friday to pass around on the boat next day.
