I asked the wife to stop by a local grocer today to pick up a few slabs of ribs since they had them on sale for $1.59 lb.

 This is what she came home with.

9 racks of some pretty spares at $1.59 lb

10 gigantic split breast .99 lb

16 thin cut pork chops .99 lb

6 lbs ground round  $1.79 lb

I think i'll keep her

The thin cuts aren't for the smoker, they are for my favorite breakfast. Fried pork chop ,egg and cheese sammies.

My dad n law is an electrician for entergy here in arkansas. 70,000+. although he has worked for them 20+ years

Uh, I'm an electrician (retired) and in our neighborhood (inside wireman, industrial/refinery), scale is 36 and change.

PS  I ain't never heard of a poor electrician.  Poor roofers, poor flooring guys and poor sheetrock hangers, yes but never poor electricians.  You just spend all your money on that Marmaduke you own.

Yes it's leblancs. i get the sale by e mail on monday and it starts that tuesday.

 Since our state went RTW $ 16 -$19 hr is good money. industrial electrician $23-$26 is good money.

I don't think an electrician would even speak to you if you said "Hi" to him here in Kansas City for $23-$26 hr. and for $16-$19 hr he would look at you like you were the village idiot.
