I like big butts..... one on the left is out of a recteq BFG and the one on the right is out of a Bullseye. everything but the meat was the same, both were 8.5ish pounds. 4 hour cook time difference. ummmm

Looks good. I really like my Bullseye. It does a great job grilling and a pretty decent job at low and slow smoking. Really puts a lot smoke flavor on when cooking L&S. Mine is the original design.
My buddy has a BFG. I really like it.

I love a good butt. Yours look top shelf.
Very forgiving piece of meat if you screw up the rub, but not if you don't get the fall apart to slide out the bone.

Which pooper took longer?
I've got a small Masterbuilt and cook times are 3/4 to 1/2 compared to my retired offset.
