Don't usually repost youtube videos but I thought this one was pretty darn cool.
Cool set up, but Roger Mooking from Man Fire Food has showcased a couple different whole beef cookers way better than that one. They were in the wine country of California. They were a sandwich style for the meat and could spin 360 degrees, they were open block style pits.
Yeah I agree. They splay the beef open then use a whole hog cooker approach with the metal grate sandwich style but just larger scale. With 360 rotation it works slick. What the BB group did works, but not well thought out. I like those guys though.I was wondering about that for the entire video--why not??
