Looks good. Did you like how they taste? When you bit into it did they fall off the bone?
Wrapping in foil definitely “steams” the ribs which does make them fall off the bone. Some people like that others prefer a little less tender to where the meat stays on the bone when you bite it.

Yeah it came off with the slightest of tugs. Essentially still some bite to them but definitely easily comes off the bone.

I enjoyed them. I'm more of a red meat guy myself but my wife and my kids love ribs so this was mainly for them. I do think that the nm chili was a bit too much so I'm gonna have to dial it back. I'm looking forward to trying your rub as I'm just not keen on the sweetness the brown sugar rubs get. I also want to try and see if i can do like a jerk seasoning with them and see how that turns out. Overall a good experience and if my girls are happy and they don't go to waste then I'm good.

When u apply it is it liberally or light?
