Whole Prime NY Strip - w/ Pics

A few weeks ago the local Fresh Market was running a special on whole USDA Prime NY strips--$7.99/lb. I jumped all over it. All trimmed up and broken down I ended up with 11 1.5-2 inch thick NY strips at about 12 oz. each.
