Just wanted to show off my first whole hog.90LB hog,Cuban style marinade,The Portable pit and Grill(made in Miami),and one bag of Royal Oak lump.Total time of 7.5hrs.
I was visiting family in Miami and my wife’s family had all the stuff but her grandpa who has been cooking whole hogs all his life wasn’t up for doing it but gave me tips and supervised lol.
