Looking to find a good Whole Hog supplier for my BBQ business. I want to start smoking Whole hogs this spring, but have not been able to find a good supplier of them here in Eastern MA. Does anyone know a good one to contact?
Talk to your local slaughter house. I usually go visit with them and let them know when I am planning to smoke whole HAWG. A few days before the smoke, I go by and pick out a young live pig and they take care of the rest. I go back by a couple of days later and pick it up.
