So I will be making my first attempt at smoking a whole chicken today. I am using the masterbuilt 30' electric smoker and am looking for some recommendations on temperature and cook times. I have seen a number of different options on this forum however I was wondering if anyone had any particular experience with the masterbuilt 30' and whole chickens and would like to hear what has been successful for you. Any input is greatly appreciated!
