These were my first attempt and smoking whole birds. They were super moist and tasted amazing. I am going to smoke turkeys for Thanksgiving this year.

Good looking birds! Another great way to do then is spatchcocked. Makes a nice presentation, and doesn't take as long as a whole bird. You'll really like the turkey, we've been smoking ours for the past ten years!
