At times, the entire sky is being zapped... My dog, Roxy, is doing pretty good.. We went outside to watch and listen and she wasn't shaking... Good dog...

Dave, our 8 year old ACD we rescued from the pond is so terrified of storms we bought one of those thunder shirts. Helps a lot but not totally.

Sounds like Tampa Bay area Dave! If the dogs stays calm and everyone is safe, lightning can be a beautiful and sometimes ELECTRIFYING show!

Thats funny you mentioned it. A friend in Seattle, showed a phone picture of the lightning. It was flashing so bright, The lightening, that it was setting off her doorbell motion camera. She said she was about to call the police to do a drive by when she realized (since no one was ever at the door), what it must be. She got some really good pictures too!

We are getting a deluge of rain now... Even have a flash flood warning for here...
I'm high enough the flash flood won't hit me but.... many folks roads will be washed out..
