I am in the process of doing some mods on my Brinkman Smoke N Pit (okay I am not, mecmelik is since i am currently incompasitated down in Mississippi) and I am trying to decide what to do for thermometers. I have decided on the Tel-Tru's but I don't know which one or if I should go with just two (one on each end) or three (one on each end and then one in the middle).
For those of you that have used the tel-tru's what is your opinion on the model you have and what is your suggestion on which model I should get?
