I have a Smoke Hollow 41170B gasser and am ready  to checkout the AMNPS. It sounds too good to be true.

I am a bit confused on where it installs and which model to get?

Can you get the pellets anywhere if you are in a pinch?

You want the pellet smoker for a couple of reasons. First it allows you to smoke with just about any pellets out there but Todd's are by far the best on the market. Second it also burns dust. Dust is very good for things like cheese and bacon that you want to smoke at lower temps. Dust burns 5-10 * cooler than the pellets

There is only one pellet smoker size  and from what I can see from the online pics, you could put it on one of the shelves.  Just keep it away from the water pan if you are going to run water in it. The pellets do not like humidity
