Where can I get the Huge Briskets from?!?

I see these huge briskets they use in competitions and I'm like, these look nothing like the Sams Club ones I get.

Where can I get one of those from?  I'm in Omaha, Nebraska.
 
Yeah, the 10 to 14 lbs you get at Sam's.  It just seems when I see a show online, their brisket is so much larger than the ones I'm working with.
 
Yeah they use Wagyu beef because of the amount of marbling in the meat.  I get that.

But WHERE do I get it?!?  LOL

It's like the qwest for the Holy Grail or something!
 
I've made case purchases @ Sam's and it basically is a variety of sizes, from one being near or under 10lb to a three being in the 12-16lb range, and 17-18lb being the largest one in a case...usually only one big fella, though...5-count is typical.

Amen to that.....

I'm thinking they're getting them from a food distribution company (like Sysco or something) that only deals with restaurants....
 
At the Sams that we go to,  the largest briskets they get are no more than 7lbs. I found this out after talking to one of their butchers.

I just called my local Sam's Club and talked to the guy in the meat department.  I told him I was looking for a 16 pounder.  He said that if I got there and wanted a bigger one, I could ring the bell and they'd take me back into the cooler to pick one out of the case.

Right now, butt is $1.58 for a pack, $1.40 for a case, and brisket is $2.38 for a packer, $2.36 for a case.
