You should let everyone know. Just as you would when you get screwed over on something. I placed an order with the Spice House last week. About 8 bottles of a variety of things. They order shipped the same day and arrived two days later USPS. I didn't get around to opening the box untill about 11 last night after the Brett Favre game

I discovered a broken bottle of rosemary needles. There was no salvaging it as galss shards were spread throughout. I tossed it out. Emailed the Spice house about the problem about midnight last night. Got a email from them this morning stating a replacement bottle had already gone out.
Can't beat that. They will certainly get my return business.

Their spices seem to be top shelf too. They have some very interesting rubs and spice mixtures. If you already haven't I recommend you check their site out.

I usually get stuck there for about a hour between looking and reading about spices and they have a good recipe database.

I agree, I always promote good CS businesses.

I've learned to be thankful when CS is on the money, otherwise I spread the bad news too.

It's like construction. A bad reputation goes farther then a good one. It's nice to know that there are some good people out there still that sell a good product and stand behind it. Just because of that alot of people including myself if I need spice I will go to them first. Thanks for the heads up.
