7 years of working hard at being Retired. Prior to that was employed at a farm co-op, managing the farm store portion as well as the office. So, as well as customer accounts , ordering and receiving merchandise, I also made the coffee (most important job at a co-op), swept the floors, cleaned the toilets, loaded feed and got to help and advise a lot of great people and a couple of old grouchs. Enjoyable job!

Retired Sheet Metal HVAC. 25 years in field and shop last15 in office as estimator/project manager. Commercial not residential; cleanrooms, hospitals, pharm. For many years I was head Pony herder (Mustangs) and Snake Charmer (Cobras) for the NorCal Shelby club and open-tracker. But health and mobility issues stopped that.
Have always loved cooking (grommet and downhome), smoking and BBQ. Now it’s turning into a passion. I always cook tooooo much for just the wife and I so my friends love me.

I was a public school band director/ music teacher/ department head in Connecticut for 33 years. I retired 10 years ago. My wife, who was a band director/ music teacher and then a computer/ IT specialist in the schools taught 35 years. She is/ was a church organist/ choir director and music minister. We left Connecticut for sunny Florida three years ago. BTW - saved a whole boat load of money on the income and property taxes we are not paying.

In my retirement I've dusted off my horn, got my chops back in shape and playing lead trumpet in two bands down here. One is a 15 piece big band. We have over 120 songs in the book, including some of the original standards of the big band era. The other is a back up band for 5 to 6 Motown style vocalists. We have about 50 songs in this band's book and are going to start to add some Earth, Wind and Fire numbers!
