Whats up everyone!

Just wanted to start off by saying, that this community has helped me kick off my newest hobby.  Always loved BBQ but never took the plunge into smoking until now.  Because of this forum I was able to get tons of good info for beginners.  So, being the engineer that I am, I decided to pick up a SmokeNChill and see what I could get that baby to do.  Over the course of the week I modded it out and just put my 1st piece of meat on it this morning.  I'll keep this post as a hello but will update you guys on how everything turns out with pics.
