what's for V-day??

Turkeys and hams are for T-day and Xmas and Easter (butts are for Super Bowl), but what about V-day?? Let's keep this clean??

We've got almost back tp back storms. but I'm shooting for two picnic shoulders Sunday at day break.

picked up a couple of live lobsters, Prawns, Sea Scallops. yeah ok a salad and a nice bottle of wine.

Have some conch that I picked up a couple of days ago.

starter is scallop and conch salad Bahamian style followed by cracked conch and for dessert chocolate infused bread pudding.

I have some salmon brining which will be done two ways. Cold smoked for Nova lox tomorrow and we will eat on that over the next week and hot smoked salmon for dinner tomorrow.
