Im new to smoking only been doing it for a month now gotten pretty good at chops what should I try next?

Pork butt would be a good choice in my opinion. If you are smoking chops, butt will not be a problem for you if you are able to keep a steady smoker temp for hours. Good luck and let us know what you decide on.....
