I say butt, I'm doing one 'cause we're also celebrating my son's birthday this Monday. ABT's also on the menu.

You can cook while we enjoy the Party and drink our Pop . No Alcohol guys , we don't need to see some one running around being a Clown .

Sunday is a big day. I'll be taking  a corned beef out of the Pop's cure brine.  It's been in the refer since last Sunday.  ...And I know corned beef and cabbage isn't a traditional Memorial Day dinner, I am looking forward to it.

If I had a good vacuums sealer I'd make a pastrami out of it. (On my wish list) 

The first swim in the sauce last Sunday.
