Alright guys, the day is finally here!! My LSG vertical smoker arrives Wednesday!! I have a Boston Butt and a rack of spare ribs untrimmed sitting in my freezer waiting to take a smoke bath. Which one should I do first??!!?

First we need pics of that bad boy.
And yes, both is great. Better start on the butt now. Put the ribs on early afternoon and post pics tonight after dinner. LOL
