Looks mighty good. I love doing stuff with leftover brisket. Never done a pot pie. Will give it a shot. Points for the inspiration.

613 that looks fantastic! Great time of year for pot pie!

And this evening brisket tacos look great as wells Erica!

I like to add left over brisket to my venison chili as well!

We usually go the chili route, but that pot pie has me rethinking. Nice job.

Point for sure.

PopPie looks great as well as tacos Sammies with mayo and horse radish and onions.

Chopped into small cubes it is excellent in breakfast hash browns, and used as the umami topping on pizzas.

Pot pie is a great idea! I usually use it for breakfast hash, mixed with some mac n' cheese or just on a bun. Anyway you choose I dont think you can go wrong

My wife gave me a 4-pound point from Black's in Lockhart for my birthday, which was so good that it was mostly eaten straight up. We just finished the last pound in hash, yesterday. That was a first and I'm not sure it was the best use for it; I'd rather had corned beef.
