Eat the pulled pork from the night before with a Stone Smoked Porter (unfortunately discontinued).

  I do my smoking by our garage which is set away from the house about 25 yards up against the woods. I honestly arm myself if I'm out there at night for a long smoke. The meaty smoke smell has been known to bring visitors from the woods. Usually harmless folks like raccoons but I have had bears come close to inspect and now we have wolves in the area I have heard them at night and my neighbor has seen them in his backyard. Good friend of mine who lives a couple miles away had them get his dog out in his backyard a month or so ago. They are not skittish about coming into human habitat.

Other than that usually beer or vodka 7's if it's a warm summer night!
