Ok everyone, this is my third day with my new smoker. The last two days I have done 2 racks of BB's and a Butt/Picnic. I'm just wondering what kind of meat you guys would suggest to do next? I dont think I wanna do another 16 hour cook just yet, so something that will be between 6-10 hours would be great. Thank you ahead of time!

How bout some fatties? Only takes a few hours and they rawk !! Happy smokes on whatever u decide..

Thanks Chisoxjim...love the meatloaf on the smoker.

I agree, doing one in the oven just doesn't cut it anymore.

I'm sure you can search the recipe forum to find an appropriate way to prepare it.

Awesome idea for meatloaf. . . . I think I am gonna try somethin crazy with it, like stuffing it with ABT's! Should be pretty interesting
