I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing all these builds, but what has me curious is as to why it seems that everybody who builds an offset smoker goes reverse flow. Having have built a 1,000 gallon cooker, against what everybody has said, I've been able to maintain very good temps on it. (15* across the middle 2 doors) And from what I understand a reverse flow is built for better heat distributation, but have seen they can be off too. I think they're very cool, maybe my next cooker will be RF? But do we have anybody that has used both? I love learning, and I hope this thread will teach me a lot. [emoji]128515[/emoji]
