Picked up a couple of new york strips today . they were no roll so no grade on them....just for fun what would you grade them at?

I agree with Jake. Based on the marbling they do look like prime.
Let us know how they turn out.

I thought though a higher choice or a lower prime on these. Picked them up for $5.99 lb. Not bad considering ive been seeing strips like this graded at choice for $10-$11 per lb. And no where close to the quality. Ive been seeing a ton of no roll stuff and I always look through it. All kinds of grades mixed in. Been working out to my advantage!
 
Think I'd give them...mr, t, and g. Medium rare, tasty, and gone!
