what else can i make with DC curing salt

You can cure hams, picnics, pork hocks, tongues, pigs feet, ears, belly bacon, buck board bacon, Canadian bacon, dried beef, corned beef briskets, pastrami, chickens, ducks, pheasants, pork roasts (rib end, loin end, center cut), whole pork butts, beef, pork, chicken, turkey jerkies, beef roasts for corned beef, misc. pork cuts to grind for cured smoked sausages ("ham" sausages), any kind of cured sausages to smoke, .... plus turkeys!  Basically, if it walks on 2 or 4 feet, you can cure it and smoke it, lol!
 
I used it on 2 turkeys last week, Turned out great!
