My favorite place in Tulsa for hot dogs is downtown - Coney Island at 1st & Boulder. Your sauce looks similar to theirs, so I'm definitely going to try it. They've been in Tulsa for almost 100 years. (next year)

Mine is a mis-mash of various sauces I've seen over the years. What I like about it is you can tailor it to your personal tastes.

Dijon mustard and mayo. Sweet relish, onions, cheese if convenient. Chili on occasion. Ketchup is for fries

Mine's simple if it's a basic hot dog I ain't eating it.
Chilli dog with onions and mustard I'll eat once in awhile same with a corn dog with mustard

I am cool with ketchup on dogs but you weirdos putting it on eggs or steak should be institutionalized. That being said, one of the most popular snack foods in Germany is currywurst, which is essentially hot dog pieces covered in spicy ketchup. If that sounds good to you, try it. It's fantastic.

The great burger topping thread got me talking to a few people about what’s on a simple hotdog? Do you put mustard on a hotdog or ketchup on your hotdog?
I’m talking about a basic hotdog so not adding the onions, relish, chili, bacon, cheese, or sauerkraut just your basic hotdog. Is it mustard or ketchup?

I prefer spicy mustard if available
I have a couple buddies that insist it’s ketchup only

Gansetts, PBRs and Genny's The Swills of champions. The beer pole is still standing upright. It's just not getting used all that much. Hopefully soon.
