What are you smoking for the Big Game?

I'm going to do a Brisket and pork butt.


I have the Jeff's rub on them already and will put a coat of Mustard on later tonight. The an early wake up tomorrow morning,

I am doing some Costco baby backs and a chicken.

I stuffed some polish sausage this morning, will put on the smoker early Sunday. Will follow them up with some pork ribs I rubbed down yesterday.

So far it's just me and my wife but tending the smoker will help keep me busy before the game.

smoked spiced nuts today-tomarrow will be brats with roasted peppers & onions and grilled ham & cheese mini sammies with said peppers also. Oh and What game?

just a few coming over so I am smoking ribs, tenderloin, and grilling some of my Italian sausage.
