First smoke since you good folks have helped me so much…..

Made a SS w deer. Stuffed it in hog casings like a keibasa cause I like to just chomp on them when we’re duck hunting.

Hung in fridge overnight to dry a bit

The PID and the smoke tube worked great. Only took 8 hrs
