Got me some Peri Peri sauce due to this thread. Looks fabulous! I gotta ask. How did you cut those? Not aware you can cut thighs like that but admit I usually just use thigh for sausage.

No Trader Joe’s around here, but did have them again last night from WFF. This time I smoked them on extreme smoke until they hit 165, then Judy seared them for about 4 minutes on each side. Be doing this again!!Making a Trader Joe's run today. I will have to look for this.
I forgot that I bought this after seeing your post Jed. Going to try on some boneless grill chicken thighs today. Plan to let marinade for the rest of day. Not sure at this point whether to brush some more on while grilling or not? I like fairly spicy but tasting it right out of the bottle it is fire!Looks perfect!
