Just passing along, Amazon has some amazing prices on Western wood chips, like 2 or 3 dollars a bag. A friend bought ne a bag (I learned later of these, actually 2 bags for 35.00), These are extremely old and dry chips. I lied and told her how great they were and how much I appreciated them too.

They are listing them now as a "Add on Item" so you can buy them with a for real Amazon purchase.

Just passing it along. They are extremely dry, I would not use them without supervision. But for throwing on the coals in a pit they would be great and its a pretty good price (Now!).

Just passing it along.

I can rarely find apple chips and now Amazon can deliver them to me.

Thanks for that

Wow I trim my apple trees every year plus a friend just lost an apple tree in a storm and cut me about 50 lbs. I have lots of apple wood. Hickory, pecan, maple, you name it. What I don't have is red oak and I live in Minnesota the land of oak trees.

I recieved these today @ an averaged price if 2.00/bag delivered. For that price I can dump bags full if needed...LOL But There are mesquite, cherry, and hickory and the bags are heavier. When I try some out I'll let you know.

Thats 11 bags, for 20 dollars delivered to my back door. Just thought I would share.
