I finally got myself a smoker after years of fathers day gift giving of it. Dad always used chips. I want to use the real thing. Anyone know where to get it. I have looked on eBay but price seams a little crazy.

You mite try a local penny saver or something like that.Most the people I knew that sold fire wood or wood for BBQs usally didnt spend much time with a computor or ebay.If some one is just advertising fire wood for sale ask them if they can get you BBQ wood.I am just throwing out some ideas for you.I have never lived where wood was a problem to get.Good Luck
