Yesterday I bought the masterbuilt 30". Already seasoned and used twice lol. I love to fish so I will be smoking fish soon...

But I need tips on how much chips to use. Wife said the ribs where too smokey for her...

Most of the guys with your smoker use a Amazen smoke generator. Either the tray or the tube.
