Saw this at a local breakfast joint. I think somebody local supplies their bacon and pit ham. It tastes much more like something we would make, rather than from a restaurant supply store.

I don't understand...bacon already comes in single-serving packages, why would you want to reseal one once it is empty?

I mean....how are you supposed to make baconnaise without frying the whole pack of bacon? You need to do that at least 4-5 times!!!! Lol!!!
