I went and got a new smoker.... I'm NOT retiring the OldGirl!! Just wanted a second one...

Just got her today... just finished puttin' her together and she's Hot... sprayed her down with cookin' spray and fired her up!!

Inside - put charcoal grates in the bottom-under the food grates... I think they will hold my drip pans nicely....

her firebox... Put the firebox cookin' grate in low... on top of the belly plate...
