Thanks for the tip!  Just did a 5 lb sirloin tip roast on the pellet pooper last nite & it took twice as long as it should have.  Lost alot of moisture & flavor.

Will be heading to Northern!

FYI - I suggest everybody take a piece of string wrap it around your smoker, then measure the length needed plus at least 6 inches extra. That way you can make sure to get a large enough blanket. For my 22.5" WSM I had to go with the 6 ft. x 8 ft. blanket, the 4x6 blanket was just a tad to short.
