I was cruising through the Northern Tools new e-mail and saw this....    Never seen it before......  Analog electric with temperature control...   Looks like it needs air inlets and exhausts...  but other than that, looks good to me.....  about the same price as a Big Chief....

I had one about like that until I got my MES. I liked it. If it is like the one I had it does need more air holes and a chimney. It just has a small hole one the back right side for smoke to come out maybe 1/2 in diameter. Plus it was a little hard to control the temps a PID would be great for this unit. But I did smoke a lot of meat in it. Just wanted some thing with a little better control. So now I have a MES 40" with a PID controller If u get it let me know how u like it
