Took the day off today,very rare for me!low 70's and cloudy here in the dez.days I Really enjoy.with the happenings with SMF and me dial up & bubba not here u just gonna have to belive-4#s londen broil sliced for jerky last nite-the trimmings I have braising-to make a red chili meat-told a fellow member I would send dried chilies back east-picked up 6 diff. kinds for her-jerky and ribs tomarrow-diff smokers of course.welcome back SMF.
