Good looking ribs with a great smoke ring. I could sure use some of those. Question, Is that your grate probe laying directly on the grate?

yeah, it's my meat probe I was using as a second thermo for my cooking chamber. I put it on top of the meat while cooking. Off to the side for the pictures.

Thanks Foamheart!!  Still new but I think I'm getting the hang of it. This was my 4th attempt on Ribs and finally got my cook down.
