Fired up the smoker Saturday just because its been far too long! Son wanted steaks for his birthday, so I needed some snacks from the smoker!
Made my first test batch of beef jerky. I kept it pretty simple getting some thin-sliced bottom round and a simple rub.
But before I tossed those in the MES30, I had to make Jalapeno Poppers! Just easy cream cheese and cheddar and wrapped em up in bacon.
