Weekend Kielbasa

Made 40 pounds of Polska Kielbasa Wedzona over the weekend.

Classic Polish recipe: Salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, marjoram, pork

The only pic I was able to get is this 10 lb rope of sausage stuffed, linked, and ready for the smoker.

It goes so fast. I had ten pounds gone before I even bought the pork butt. Apparently people like sausage.
