2 chicken quarters for today tomorrow who knows, pics as always to come soon, Also finally modded my smoker a bit, ok just the thermo for now:P I really need to drill a few holes in the firepan, no way for the ash to go away.

Sorry about the qview, I was taking pics of the TBS and when it was time to pull the bird camera was dead :(. It did however taste yummy, I learned my lesson from last time, chicken takes on smoke fast so I went easy this time.
