decided to try a brisket, grabbed a 10 lb brisket with a German rub and off I went:

Starting off at 2 AM, applewood.

After 12 hours, finally hit 170, foiled with broth and popped back in the smoker.

Burnt ends back in for a cpl hours

delicious

Daughter loved em.

Sliced the flat, meat was sooooo good, had a few over for supper, no leftovers. First brisket, definitely not the last

Looks good what temp did you grill at?  I did a ten pounders few weeks ago at 220 for about 15 hours it was delicious
